While I didn't have the opportunity of having then service our vents, they were wonderful in calling us back and making sure that we knew what to look for in searching for a cleaning. Too bad they don't do stackable units nor commercial work.

seems very honest. told me that my chimney didn't need cleaning. he could easily stated otherwise. I asked him to clean it anyways. did a very good job.
