Service at Sutherlin Nissan was outstanding. i walked right in handed my keys because i had an appointment and 20 minute later my car was ready to go. on top of the fast service presented my Rudy (service writer) a complimentary car wash was performed on my Altima. Thanks Sutherlin Nissan.

They answered my many questions but in the end they had a FWD SUV and we desperately need a AWD. I never saw the FWD buried in the ads. Also GURU start listing option packages and no every single thing each vehicle has I had to contact them because they never answered the guru email.

Cannot believe how smooth it was to trade and purchase a car from Sutherlin. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. False advertising to get people in the door. Wasted My time. Avoid salesman named Derek who doesn't know his inventory - no doubt in car sales because he's too lazy to do anything else.
