six of us went there Friday night at 7 pm sharp, we immediatly saw 4 tables unseated, with lots of dirty dishes still sitting around. I noticed there were about 4 to 5 staff there, but there were all hiding in the kitchen. After 10 minutes, a waitress started cleaning one table for us, but she cleaned a table of 4, and when she noticed we have 6 (we told her 6!), she went back and cleaned the other table. Sushi USA is one of the best sushi restaurants I have every been. This is a small family owned restaurant that will serve you delicious fruit and edamame for an appetizer and mochi icecream for desert, all compliments of the house. Though it has a drive up window this is not a fast food restaurant. The sushi is fresh and the portions are great. The dishes are served beautifully prepared.
