If I could give this store a negative rating I would.

Several months ago I bought my first RC helicopter from this store. I have gone back several times to buy additional product and have always received very poor customer service from an employee named Rick.

I recently called the store and asked if they had a particular part in stock and Rick stated they did not. Not entirely trusting him (which is a poor statement itself) I went to the store and asked him in person. He quickly surveyed the parts board in front of me and said they did not.

I then took a closer look at the same parts...

Great selection but beware...

I was sick of visiting all the other mainstream hobby stores so one day popped into this cozy little RC aviation shop. My first impression was that these guys knew what they were talking about since they had stuffed packed from wall to wall. Great selection I must say, however beware when your final purchase is made. One of the employees tried to sell me an item that was already opened and returned by another customer. Since what I was buying was going to have to be opened anyway to test its limits to make sure it was in working order, I guess his attempt wasnt that weird. I chose to have...
