Help us make it rightI've been purchasing all of my office's imacs and printers from this place for years. The service is amazing from my rep who has been helping me for 6 years. It's a mail order place and I think their warehouses are in diff. locations then their headquarters in San Diego, but I usually get my orders delivered 1 or 2 days after placing them. They provide some discounts when I buy, but I just like getting their consistently good service. I think all of their customer service is US based too which I really like. Exceptional San Diego based company!
I purchased 2 Laptops online on May 3, 2008 and received a receipt in my email but when I called on Monday May 5, 2008 to find out when my order would ship so that I could make arrangements for the delivery. I was told that the price would not be honored becasue of a "website error", they would not even admit that it was "human error" inputting the prices. I filed a complaint with the San Diego...
