For the price and location it will do if you didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room or the hotel. The elevators were extemely slow. Took the stairs down, most mornings. Not a problem for me, maybe for others. The y have carpet outside of the room halls, I guess to aid with noise, but it looks nasty. If my AC wasn;t on the room smelled like meldew. I especially picked this hotel as all pictures on internet showed the hotel looked so hip and stylish. Rooms looked clean and decent size. We were disappointed after we got into our room. This hotel is amazing, it is a little bit further from gaslamp, but still within walking distance. Only problem was local taxi drivers never could find it. Totally would stay again!
