This hotel was very dirty. The ice makers did not work. There was trash piled up next to the ice makers that stunk. The room was not clean and the breakfast area in the morning was also very dirty. Will not stay there again.

the only good thing about this hotel was the location. Our reservation was for non smoking, we were put in a smoking room. After taking my copy of confirmation to office we were finally moved to a non smoking room. The room was a far cry from being clean or comfortable. Our next trip to Guntersville we will be staying at a different hotel.

I have travelled all of the US and to several foreign countries and have never had an experience this bad upon arriving I found the door wide open apparently airing out I thought maybe they had just finished super cleaning it and it otherwise looked clean I bought Lysol and fabric deodorizer that did nothing for the smell couldn't sleep the odor was so bad like ammonia and urine I was sick...

The room itself was about what was expected. However, there were broken appliances scattered under the stairs and under the breezeway. Dirty towels were laid out on the sidewalk to dry.
