Anwer to Question 2

The original check that was put in the night drop box was not cashed until 6 1/2 months later. I replaced the original with another after about 6 weeks of their constant phone calls.  They cashed the original without letting me know 6 1/2 months later.

After many attempts of making my car payments online, sending checks in the mail,  month after month, Suntrust saying they never recieved it ontime and countless late fees, an employee of the Regency Branch in Jacksonville told me to use the night drop box.
