THEY DISCRIMINATE! I have a registered companion animal and provided them with a notarized letter they requested- It's a cat and she has done zero damage. They wouldn't renew my lease at my current unit because they are remodeling, which was fine so I wanted to rent the unit next door since they were moving. Sunnyside refused to rent to me and gave me no reason why and I was the PERFECT tenant....
