We bought a Sundance Sweetwater hot tub in 2001. It was delivered & installed in a few hours. We have used it nightly ever since. After 10 yrs the wet end pump broke, so we called Paradise and they scheduled a repair for a few days later. The repairman came (Jody) & was very efficient & friendly. He isolated …

We shopped til' we dropped. It's sad that most of the spa companies out there spend so much time stretching the truth about their products and making claims that couldn't be backed up if their life depended on it (lifetime warranties, lowest operating costs of any spa built, etc...PLlEEEAAASSSE).
