Not good, the front desk was rude and indifferent. I called and told the staff that I needed my father to be seen as he had fallen and rushed to the office only to be lied too that all of the providers had left for the day. Dr. Gray is a great G.P. He and his staff take the time to ensure they are addressing all your issues, yet you will never have a long wait. He is very competent, and I feel like I'm getting the best care possible.
