Unfair withholding of security deposit

Management gave me a squeaky clean post-moveout inspection after I spent days cleaning and spent $100 for a professional to deep clean after all the furniture was removed. Management kept all $500 of my security deposit and sent me to collections for another $100. When I asked for proof of the debt, the copy of the the move-out inspection had someone else's handwriting citing a strong urine...
