Power Keg CrossFit is the BEST! The coaches are attentive and the culture is second to none. Everyone from Adam, Manny, Rodrick, and Johnny take the time and effort to ensure you excel as an athlete. Whether you want to compete or just lose a few LBS, Power Keg is the best gym in San Diego.
