Okay, I'm bias. Young cats run the place but they are somewhat put-offish and snobby (gentrified-metrosexual). Beer selection set-up is like some off-beat grocery store...North Columbus stores (Columbus Beverage and Cagney's) have the better atmosphere and got that blue-collar hustle thing going...
Its a cool place in downtown Columbus. I've purchased several things from them and they're generally nice and knowledgeable folks. They usually have a good mix of things on tap. Bottle selection isn't bad either.

I work just up the street from Maltitude. They have decent sized shop broken down into 3 sections. They have room temp bottles up front. A smaller cooler area in the back along with a bar. The room temp bottles are broken up into categories IPA, Stout, belgian, etc. The bar section has a great mix of local breweries but beware if your coming from out of state as I did.
