HOW CAN YOU TAKE AWAY COMEDY CENTRAL????? PLUS THE OTHER 23 CHANNELS??? I AM REALLY TICKED OFF ABOUT THIS..... AND HAVE BEEN CALLING THE # THAT SCROLLED ACROSS THE VIACOM CHANNELS FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS... needless to say... "We're sorry, we are receiving a large amount of call volume..... please call again..... REALLY????? You are receiving a large amount of calls because people are PISSED!!!...
Suddenlink is the worst, the service goes in and out bi weekly at the most common time of day when you would use internet. The customer service is comparable to that of the stupid teens at McDonald's. They are over priced for the service provided. I'm stuck using them because they monopolize the area. I have never been treated so shabbily. If you have any other option take it.
My husband and I decided to switch from Frontier to Suddenlink this past Wednesday. We already had sudden link internet due to the fact that Frontier did not have it when we switched over two years ago to Frontier. We have no major complaints about Frontier . Suddenlink had a special that was too good to pass up on.... However Suddenlink told me that Frontier would not release my phone number...
