Overall they were excellent. They were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. They were good to my neighbors as well. I d recommend them to anyone.

Solid company - have used these guys in different cities and each location pretty much operates the same way, same warranty, same good workmanship.

In searching for Mr Roof on the internet I can across this review and have to say that Mr Roof did a very good job for me. The only reaon I am taking the time to write this review is that they came through for me in a big way by doing some extra stuff. I met the owner and now feel a little indebted to them. At least get an estimate form them and check out the Nashville BBB where they have a A+...

I went thru BBB to get an appointment to estimate roof replacement from damage. I was given a 10am appointment time for Monday. At 11am the person had not arrived, and no phone call. At noon I set an e-mail to let them know, still have not gotten any response, today is Thursday.

Ripoff...wanted more money then was in signed contract to finish the roof. Now I will have to pay someone else to finish what they were supposed to do.
