The staff here could seriously care less about proper customer service. The food here is sub par and the prices are inflated. If you're thinking about eating here, don't.

Waited 30 minutes to get service with only two other customers ahead of us. They really need more than one employee behind the counter... So much for convenience! : /

It's only a subway and if you been downtown in court or tied up at the library all day and need to eat something then it's one of your only choices for a quick bite. The employees all had no clue...

I don't get downtown all that often but when work or life takes me there I try to check out a local restaurant. My last review was for Dad's Sandwiches and I was underwhelmed, saying that next time I got a sandwich downtown it would be Courtyard Deli or Subway. SOOOoooooo, I went to Subway today …
