I tried Tapa That for the first time and it will not be the last I must tell you. This is such a quaint little restaurant. The atmosphere is nice with a selection of local art on the walls. The seating is spaced out so that you are not directly on top of your fellow diners. The noise levels are in check with all makes a pleasant eating experience.
