The doctors are excellent, however the front office is rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I had to change dentists due to their adminstrative staff's treatment of their customers. I do not recommend going to either one of these dentists unless they spend some time and effort teaching their employees overall people skills.

It's too bad, since I had no issues with the doctors.

Awful dentists--recommend work they don't know how to perform just to get money out of you. Also, while the technician seemed pretty good, the Dentist (Cusamano) was terrible and didn't even seem to pay attention to the work.

They do provide refunds efficiently.

Good dentists and equipment however the administration side is poor. Although most dental offices will coordinate benefits with primary and secondary coverages, this office does not - even though they are "preferred providers" of each policy! Too much of a paperwork hassle for me.
