I will NEVER consign here again. I took in a large tote of clothing, was told it would be gone through within 3-4 days and they would contact me when it had been gone through. I hadn't heard anything within 4 days but it was a holiday weekend so I gave them an extra couple days. After that, I called and they said it hadn't been gone through yet. I'm not at all pleased with customer service I received, or I should say didn't receive, earlier today. The woman with the pixie hair cut running the dressing room area should quite possibly be fired or sent back to training and taught a thing or two about how to not be unjustly judgmental.
