We are a pole fitness studio offering classes and party formats for everyday women in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex.  Our mission is to help women become more aware of their Sensual and Sexual Wellness by taking pole dancing out of the connotation it is associated with, whether they use our formats to build physical core strength or want to become more comfortable with the art of striptease

Limited parking lot, but plenty of street parking. Super low-key and easygoing staff. Great natural light and HIGH poles to practice. Awesome for climbs. Get your inner-goddess ON!
