For the Fayetteville location : I tried them about a year ago. Customer service wasn't terrible but professionalism wasn't all that great. The hair is definitely cheap so I wouldn't recommend...

My experience at Strands of Beauty was awesome! As a first timer to crochet, I was didn't know exactly what I wanted but I showed the picture they delivered what I asked. The staff was very professional and salon environment was great. My technician also educated me on proper maintenance of my hair, which I knew nothing about.

Omg so I finally decided to come and get my hair twisted. I'm sooooooo glad I did. They were so nice, and took time out to explain and show me examples.
