Love the place the Manager has always been very friendly and fair even if I have been late. Place is clean and I referred someone and they gave me a $10 credit on my monthly rent. This place is really clean. The landscaping always look nice and the units are clean. I really liked the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. You do not have to buy the insurance like other storage facilities and they do not go up on your rent if you are there more than a year. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great. The staff is very pleasant and have never been rude to me. Honestly I have a hard time believing the story about them trying to charge for a copy of your lease. They gave me my copy when I rented from them and have never haggled me about being a couple days late here and there. As for the dumpsters, the sign says NOT for tenant use.
