There's only one word to describe this business: RUDE. I couldn't even get the guy to answer simple questions about fixing my concrete (what techniques you use, when you think you could get the job done, etc.). His phone etiquette includes answering the phone with "yeah..." instead of any sort of formal business greeting. His cell phone gets horrible reception, and the conversation was ended...
