We are leaving this complex because of how overpriced it is. My husband has lived in this complex for 10 years. Under one management company, the rent only increased a max of 100 dollars over the course of the first seven-ish years. I love these apartments, they are a little overpriced now as the rent went up but the location is great and the apartments are beautiful!
