He has a great reputation for his work. However, his office is a zoo. Constant interruptions when he is with you. He talks about patients on the phone in public area. Frustrating to be a patient of his. And he does not "knock you out" ... And , for some of the procedures (implant surgery, crown lengthening) , patients should have that option, as you would have in other practices.
