Help us make it rightI just moved here from New York about three years ago where I was with my dentist for a very long time, and loved every visit I scheduled, everything was handled promptly and professionally.
It is very frustrating to deal with Dr. Negelow's front desk staff. This person is extremely rude and her lack of customer service is incredible. I've received a bill 90 days after service (with all finance and billing charges added, of course); I've called my insurance company and no claim has been received or filed from his office. I've called Dr. Negelow's office several times to solve this...
I have had my share of visits to the dentist troughout the years, most of them good, some of them not so good. Dr. Negelow and his staff are wonderful. They make me feel so comfortable, that i have fun when i go see them, and i look foward to seeing Dr. Negelow and his staff for many years to come.
