Really... I can`t think of a thing... as usual my service advisor... Bert... is just perfect. The check out was smooth and clearly explained. I`m sure the other dealers scratch their heads and wonder how this type of loyalty is gained from their clients. As for me... it started with my sales rep Antonio Glass... then on to a fabulous person in the finance division (who also was a whiz with the new tech package I bought)... and then onto Bert Glass in service.
