Went to Sterling Carwash and Detail Center at Monaco and Leetsdale today 07/13/2017. Pulled up behind a car that was being vacuumed since there wasn't a worker in the vacant bay. Lady pulls up into the vacant bay. Told the "Manager" that I was there quite a while before the other car and could I please go next. "Sorry" he says you should have pulled up into the empty bay. My car was also damaged here, the employee aknowledged twhen he damaged my car, but of course, it took 2 weeks to hear from the owner and tthen he told me the employees said the car was already damaged. The people are liars and unprofessional. Would not ever recommend this so called detail center to anyone.

Beware: this company did a bad job cleaning my van, then as they were replacing the seats, damaged my car. The manager tried to deny the damage - though I watched it happen from less than 2 feet away.

If you care about your car enough to spend money on having it cleaned, you may be better off going somewhere else.

We had are car washed and detailed, they did a wonderful job inside and out... They made our car look and smell brand new.
