Worst customers service. This firm takes your case and then doesn't contact you. It's like pulling teeth to get information. And then if the case is not going well (basically if they fill it is not enough money for them to be going to court for ) they drop you.

And they lie about it. They had me sign a form which they told me would end the case and end them being my lawyer. They said if I wished to go and get another lawyer and continue the case that they wish me the best of luck.

But all it did was make it where I suddenly was my own lawyer and now getting all the letters from the...
