I am the office manager for William Steines. Unfortunately I was on vacation the day of this particular patient's appointment. The xray was submitted to the patient's insurance and was denied by the insurance company therefore it is the patient's responsibility to pay for the xray. Several statements for payment of the xray have been sent to the patient and have all gone unpaid by the patient....

Waited 45 minutes for a an evaluation that took less than 5 minutes. Staff seemed lost in trying to set up an appt. for dental implant. Office person was eating her sandwich while setting up the appt. Decided to go with another periodontist, called and tried to pick up my x-rays 2 weeks after the initial appt. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were very qualified and knowledgeable.
