Was at steers today dropping off air conditioner to be recycled. Guy behind counter couldn't figure out how to charge me the 35.00 dollar fee with out tax. So instead asking for help he charged me 37.10 on my credit card receipt while written receipt stated 35.00. I stated wasn't happy about that and guy just shrugged shoulders and turned away Guess I know where I wont be going for repairs

Doesn't get any better than these people! Called for a new A/C estimate and they determined we only needed new evaporator coil. They did a complete system test, determined what was needed, and fixed within 24 hours! Highly recommend!!

I left a message with their answering service Thursday evening and was pleased when I received a call early Friday morning. I was told that they would be here today, 05/30/14 and they would call 15-20 minutes before they were to arrive. I sat on my phone all day today, even missing work awaiting their arrival, but they never showed up or bothered to call and let me know!! :( No stars...but...

Steers Heating & Cooling was an excelent choice for the work on our heating service and the technician Bob was very nice. The appointment was misplaced but after one phone call the Technician was there the next day.
