I love my apartments, it's awesome, I love their care and services, I just love living here at Steeple Chase.
I have been here for almost a year. Everything was fine. New management came and took over a month or so ago. I got robbed right outside my apartment. The area is well light, but I think there should be more police or security patrol.
If your a working professional and expect nothing but top notch customer service than this is not the place to go. People in the office are very rude, lack of communication between office staff one doesn't know what the others doing therefore your told different stories by different persons. SMH i'm glad my lease is almost over and my HOME is almost completed. I will be out of here by the end...

Keep looking these apartments are roach infested - my friend just moved in and she has 2 kids and she has seen roaches crawling in their beds, through the vents, through cracks in the floor, and even inside of the fridge. She called to see about getting the apartment sprayed, and she was told that they were very busy right now doing fire inspections.what does that have to do about getting...
