BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I booked a 3 room carpet clean for $69 on Sunday morning between 10 AM and 12 PM. I call at 9:45 AM to confirm that the company was still arriving as planned. They confirmed. I also asked if I needed to pay check, cash or credit card. Cash or credit card was confirmed.

I get a call 20 minutes later telling me that they will arrive around 12:30 PM. Okay, fine. Not what was originally planned but it's not a big deal.

The carpet cleaning guy shows up at 12:30 and the first thing I hear is him complaining about how he has to work on Sunday instead...

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! The technician tried to upsell us and asked repeatedly for tips from the moment he arrived. The work didn't remove ANY dirt from our carpets. It's like they didn't even do the job. Steam N Clean wouldn't work with us when we called to ask the manager to come back and provide the service we paid for. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I have had Steam N Clean as our San Diego carpet cleaning service for years. They not only clean our carpeting and area rugs but also our upholstery and drapes. Draperies are great for absorbing any odors and making the house smell unpleasant. Steam N Clean keeps everything fresh and clean. The even clean tile grout.
