Last two times I have been received very poor service. Once bunch of tables were not cleaned the whole 40 minutes we were there. Horrible! Service is so slow! We finally walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be seated and still had 3 families in front of us. 3 other families walked out before we did. It's a shame because we love to eat there.

Terrible FOOD WAS COLD, now I know y it took so long! The shakes were fine though! Bathrooms were nasty, the floors were sticky from urine, toilets were nasty also!
