The Brooklyn, NY branch of this company has left a 96 year-ole woman with congestive heart failure without a working hospital bed for 3 weeks, despite repeated calls to them (when they answer the phone) and unfulfilled promises that the technician would be there the next day. I've dealt with them before the staff is great but the owner Mercadez doesn't care about when and how long it takes for a patient to receive their products lord forbid if it is a recurring delivery you may receive your product or not.
