The food at State Street BBQ is great but they won't answer their phones for me to place a pick up order for later in the week. This part of customer service needs much work.

This was the worst service ever walked had only one table of guests say down waited 10 minutes after watching the waitress ask the other take if everything was ok and ignoring us we decided to leave we will never go back our recommend this restaurant to any of our family our friends!!!!

My favorite place to eat in Jackson. Some of the best pulled pork I've had and an awesome burger. I could a gallon of their baked potato salad, and my in-laws from Memphis can't stop talking about it.

Food was good, but wish they did not have the "No firearms allowed" signs on the doors. These signs restrict the rights of law abiding citizens.
