Customer service is the worst at this agency. One secretary there is extremely rude and unfriendly very unprofessional yet billed a customer service EXPERT.Now it may be different if you hold a lot of insurance and you pay a lot for it like my friend who recommended them but I will never be back. My little house meant nothing to them.I was also quoted one price then a week later my deductible...
