Oh where oh where do I begin here!! First of all when I called this "business" I was greeted by some rude girl, who obviously needs to take some classes on how to answer a telephone, she sounded like a teen so that tells you how professional this business is. NOT! Then then on the phone she knew very little (what happened to the women I talked to 6months ago?) Then when I got my awning it took...
