Staffs are friendly, and attentive. My starbucks card was messed up and they offered to send a replacement right away. Nice!

We were looking to locate a small container of milk for my morning coffee. The lady behind the counter gave us directions to the nearest store - in walking distance. We did not even ask. I told her what I was looking for - she apologized for them not caring it and gave us great advice.
