By far Lawrence is the best batista in L.A. Being a partner in the OC, I took a trip to LA with my girlfriend and stopped by this Starbucks. Lawrence was super nice and made our drinks to perfection. Good luck at your new store in Laguna !

I'm standing waiting for my drink after giving it back twice, for the same reason. For some reason, they couldn't understand not to put chocolate in my drink. I wouldn't have really cared, but I have a chocolate allergy so yeah, you get it. They were also unable to add the delicious salt to the to of my drink. …

We purchased 4 drinks 1) gingerbread latte came one size smaller than i ordered. Asked barista to fix it, then saw him put more soy milk then flavor, watering it down, had no color. Had no flavor. 2) sweetened passion fruit lemonade was unsweetened and lacking lemonade flavor 3) barista added milk instead of coconut milk to put vanilla bean frappe NEVER COMING BACK
