Visited this Starbucks 5 days in a row and had a good experience each time, even when it was really busy. Fast and friendly, service with a smile. Can't fault the staff here, a great Starbucks location.

Surprising availability of seats

For its location right by Union Square, this Starbucks surprisingly has seats at most times despite is relatively small size. They do make some lousy chai tea though.

Dirty and Full of People

Starbucks is always a good ideia but if you're in a neighborhood full of tourists you'll might pass on this one. Because it's full of tourists the counter is always dirty and constantly runs out of milk. Also it's almost impossible to get tables. Better walk a few more blocks and go to a Starbucks far away from tourists that...

A friendly starbucks place and has an awesome crew

A place that is always packed due to the proximity of hotels nearby. The staff is all smiles and accommodating. I liked the way they help and introduce the new featured drinks.
