I've noticed a decline in Starbucks lately, but today was my last visit ever. The barista handed my capuccino, which was not a cappucino at all no foam, filled to brim with milk. I asked if I had the wrong drink and was rudely informed that this was my capuccino. The barista reluctantly made another (for over $3 bucks I'd hope so). Finally, no cocoa powder on the bar. Same Starbucks as usual, however the staff was very rude and slow. Took 15 minutes to get a drink. Avoid this one as their are plenty in SF to hit up.
