I just stopped in for coffee and while I was there the store manager Tiffany happened to be dealing with a problematic customer. I was very impressed with how the manager handled the situation....

Something almost always goes wrong here. Out of caramel, out of a certain sandwich, takes FOREVER. One time they were even closed when they were supposed to be open on a Sunday. Be forewarned.
