subpar customer service and owner becomes real rude when you don't pony up extra cash for imagined extra's. This seems like a tiny one man business and his flaky helper. I asked the helper how many people work for him and he said "he calls me when he needs help" Make sure this spa movers guy has extra insurance because this seems to be run out of his glove box. very risky.

These guys are dirty, rude, do not make a good latte or mocha - they gave me a card for a free drink bc i had the worst starbucks experience ever, and when I redeemed the card, they made me pay 3.50... not to mention when i was in line…
