Second time here and the night shift sucks. The guy barista making the drinks doesn't know what he's doing. I asked for 2 afogato shots on a frap and he had forgot to put it on them. I had to ask....

There were two guy baristas tonight that were friendly and very fast with service. It seemed a little busy but there was no issue with waiting for drinks. Most of the time I ask for customizations...

Every time I come here they're out of something. In particular, the medicine ball. They have been out of honey for 4 months lol. How? And the customer service is mediocre.

Never a bad Starbucks experience here. They're quick and usually get my name right. It's Bravo not Barbara! Lol but that doesn't mean anything to me. What matters is great service and great drinks...
