Ge fridge for 5 years. No kids. Plastic on door hinge worn out! WENT to star TO ORDER A PART TO CHANGE DOOR TO OPEN ON other side. They couldn't order me a part cuz they couldn't figure it out. They asked me to call Ge and beg for a solution. Never get there again.

The Star guys were great. They delivered and set up. And when we had a problem in the first month they came right out and fixed the minor problem. I will buy from them again when it's time.

Staff was very friendly and helped me find appliances which meet my needs. Their prices are very competitive with the big box stores.

Had a great experience with Star Appliance today. It started off with a timely response to an email inquiry. I had done my research about the washer I wanted and their timely response to my questions about delivery and hauling my old one away led me to go into the store.
