I was a patient of Dr. Burstein for several months and I highly recommend staying away from him. If you are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgable, patient focused, and genuinely interested in your well being, you should look elsewhere. I wasn't at the visit with my daughter but my husband came home and said how it was such a great experience. He said the gal who helped my daughter was very thorough and made her feel very comfortable, as she's only 5. Very, very happy with the experience!

We've been going to Stapleton Children's Dentistry for four years now, but this latest visit may have us change offices. I felt like we, as patients, were taken for granted. The staff seemed distracted by interoffice dynamics, one person kept mispronouncing my daughter's name despite me correcting her a few times, but worst of all was the attitude towards me.
