I thought the service was great at Staples up until a few weeks ago. I am a frequent customer...at least 1 time per week on average. Most of the friendly, professional, staff has quit....

I bought a Staples' desk chair. Within 5 weeks of buying this chair, the back support no longer worked. I barely leaned on the back as it was, due to working over my computer all day at work....

I want to let everyone know---do not shop here---they will rob you out of your bank account---give you defected devices---the employees/corporate office will never give you an refund---terrible...
