What was their reason for not accepting it? Just curious. I think they have a 14 day return policy.
I bought an Eclipse MP3 Player from Staples. It was useless. On the 13th day after I bought it. they refused to take it back, despite what their return policy stated. They sell defective products. Never Shop there. I won't. Kiss all my money and my businesses money goodbye you terrible business.

I thought that it was the end of my computer. I was devistated.
All my pictures, documents, music files.... everything was on that computer.
I thought they were all gone for good and I was heartbroken.
Then I came actoss a flyer for Staples' Easy Tech, and decided I didnt have much to lose giving them a shot to get my computer back up and running - or at the very least to somehow just salvage my files.
Upon going to the store, I was pleased by the employees, they were all incredibly friendly!
